There have been some changes in several different aspects of the Academy for this next year.  These  are outlined below.  Please make note of them---they may affect you as a student or as an audience member.  REGISTERING SOON FOR FALL SEMESTER!!

This summer, ULDA is offering a new program geared toward dancers ages 4 1/2 to 10 years old.  DANCE CAMP will provide level appropriate activities including movement class, ballet class, story time, ballet videos, stretching and conditioning, anatomy, and ballet history.  To learn more about this new program click here to go to the Dance Camp page or call the Dance Office at (502) 852-6878 or email us at jghake01@louisville.edu.

  Times:  4 1/2-8 year olds:  9:30-
                  1:00,  8 1/2-10 year
                  olds: 1:30-4:30

Oldham County Arts Center will be the new site for ULDA's satellite classes.  This fall and next spring, Creative Movement/Pre-Ballet will be offered for  4 & 5 year-olds, Beginning Ballet for 6 - 8 year-olds and Jazz for 11 years and up.  There will also be Adult Ballet Classes offered.  Click on this link to go directly to the web page for more information.

Refer a new student to the Academy and receive a $20 rebate from SODA.

There will be a 10% discount (off the lesser tuition)  calculated for the second (or more) child.

The University of Louisville Dance Theatre will perform with the Louisville Orchestra for their special "Orkidstra" Family Concert Halloween Spooktacular.  See the Event Calendar for the exact date and time of the performance.
